Sorry you are having trouble logging in.

If the login page is going back to the login screen after you input your username and password, it's definitely a cookie issue.

FIRST off, if you are using Internet Explorer, try Firefox's browser - it takes seconds to download and use, and is superior to Internet Explorer in many ways. You wil be able to log in to Democratic Match the first time you use it. Download it here: http://www.mozilla.com

If you insist on using Internet Explorer for some reason, please try the following:
First, try clearing the cookies from your computer, then try logging in again. If this does not work, here are some simple steps to resolve the problem.

Troubleshooting Tip 1: Enable your browser to utilize cookies

In order to use our site, your browser must have cookies enabled. Below, you will find instructions for enabling many popular browsers to utilize cookies, and making Democratic Match a 'trusted site.' Please locate the proper instructions for your browser version and follow the steps.

If you use Internet Explorer, try this :

Open Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools,' then 'internet options,' then 'Privacy.' Set this to Medium. Then, under the 'Security' tab, click on 'trusted sites', then click 'sites'. UN-check the 'require server verification' box. Type democraticmatch.com and democraticsingles.net (separately, with no 'www') into the box and click 'add'. Now click 'ok'.

As mentioned, you should probably clear your cookie cache - if you use Internet Explorer, go to 'start' in the lower left of the screen, then click 'all programs', then hold the cursor over 'accessories', and choose 'system tools', then 'disk cleanup'. When the program has finished researching your machine, it will give you a selection of checkboxes for various cleanup tasks. The one we are concerned with here is 'temporary internet files'. You can uncheck all the rest if you wish, but be sure this one is checked, and click 'ok' - it will then ask you if you are sure - click yes.

Now try logging in again.

If you are uncertain which version of Internet Explorer you have, please use these instructions for determining your version.
